A lot can go into managing a property, and we work to streamline the entire process and make things simple for everyone involved. All our management plans include complete services, including:

1-4 Single Family Units
8% of gross monthly rents
50% of first full months rent as Leasing Commission.
5+ Single Family Units
7% of gross monthly rents
50% of first full months rent as Leasing Commission.
Multi family
We offer management for smaller apartment communities renting for $1100+ per unit. Please email us for preferred pricing.
Special Projects
Our rate for special projects is $70 per hour.

For owners with 1–4 single-family rental units, our management fee is 8% of gross monthly rent. Owners with five or more single-family units receive a reduced rate of 7%. Both plans include a leasing commission equal to 50% of the first full month's rent.
